In-Clinic Appointments

At this stage, we are still offering in-clinic appointments have a few procedures in place to help prevent the spread

  • We are unable to treat those in clinic who are required by the government to self- isolate. For more information on this, The Australian Department of Health Website has the most up to date information. https://www.health.gov.au/resources/collections/novel-coronavirus-2019-ncov-resources#find-the-facts

  • Our reception staff are encouraging patients with appointments to call on arrival, and wait outside or in your car until your physio is ready to bring you straight through to limit exposure time in the waiting room.

  • Each treatment room is being disinfected thoroughly between consults

  • Patients are being encouraged and treating staff are required to wash their hands with soap or hand sanitiser before and after consults.

  • Staff will be wearing gloves when necessary, and will wear a face mask upon request.

  • We will only be accepting contactless payment methods at this time.

  • All non-treatment surfaces are being disinfected regularly throughout the day.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth appointments involve having a physiotherapy consult online through video. Telehealth appointments are appropriate for a large portion of the population including

Those social isolating in quarantine

Those practising self-isolation

In a traditional, in-clinic consultation, what you tell us about your symptoms gives us the majority of the information needed to make a diagnosis. Via Telehealth, your physio can give you advice about managing your symptoms, education on what your symptoms mean, and can give you exercises to do at home to help with getting back on track.
