Having trained as a dancer and an artistic gymnast from a young age, I understand how having an injury or a niggle can affect your training, performance and overall sense of well-being.

With my own experience of injuries and a diagnosis of Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder (HSD), I am seeking to learn as much as I can about helping people stay on the stage, podium, track, field, court, and in the water, or just get through their day to day tasks more easily.

I studied at the University of Notre Dame in Fremantle, with Bachelors of Physiotherapy and Exercise and Sport Science. I also have further training in dry needling, strength and conditioning coaching, and managing people with connective tissue disorders such as HSD and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. Additionally, I am currently in the process of a Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy at Curtin University.
